So today, while in the DDP Radio Chat, Karma Karn asked about a Own This Day Movement Group on Team DDP Yoga. Well, here you go!
Like I have mentioned in previous Blogs, we all fall down at some point. We get injured (Active Bumps), Life throws us a Curve, or we just battle ourselves because our Motivation slipped on a banana peel. Guess what? That happens because we are all human and nobody is perfect (as much as they would like to have you think otherwise)!
This is where the Own This Day Movement (#OTDMovement) comes into play. You can't change the Past. You can't foresee the future. The only thing you have control over is Today... as in right now! This is not about Shame and Regret, because wallowing in those weighs you down. This is about making the most of the moment and Own This Day. If you keep focusing on Owning This Day, every day, you will Own Your Life! You will be Living Life @ 90%! You definitely will get to where you want to be!
Owning This Day is not about a race to see who can get there first, but to take the time to make as many moments of this day work for you as you can. If you Fall Down 7 Times, Get Up 8. Own Your Mistakes as well as your Successes. The Mistakes are where you learn the most about yourself. Don't get me wrong, the Successes are nice, butt they rarely are achieved by going in a straight line. They prove that you can endure take yourself to the next level!
So, now you know what The Own This Day Movement is. The Own This Day Movement Group will have ordinary people ready to help each other do extraordinary things!
