The Friday Post: April Showers of Streaking
Just got done with Day 4 of the April Showers of Streaking (as I've decided to call it). Here are the numbers:
Workout: Mixed Tape(4)
Total Workout Time:35;35(min/sec)
Average Heart Rate: 123bpm
Maximum Heart Rate: 139bpm
Time in the Zone: Around 33 minutes
I'm going to keep this short today. I'm On Duty for Business Support tomorrow Therefore, the Workout Plan is going to be Mixed Tape and possibly doing a Level 1 workout with it, as I felt AMAZING after doing that workout series! Sunday will be a full day of Judo. I will post results here for anyone that is intersted.
We dodged a bullet with the snow. They were talking about 9+ inches, shut down school early for the kids, and it was an All Hands On Deck Run & Hide sort of atmosphere.
We ended up getting 2.5" of snow. Most of that melted today.
The moral of the story here is this: Even though being prepared is good, there is no use in getting bent out of shape about the future. A lot of times, you find out that its not nearly as bad as you think its going to be. Does it help to be prepared? Absolutely! Does going crazy, throwing a fit, or getting down on things help you prepare? Not really. In a lot of cases, it hinders your preparation & makes you weaker, not stronger.
If you stay calm, focus on things that you can control right now, you will absolutely.....
