The Saturday Post: Springing into Saturday
Spring has finally decided to arrive in South Dakota! As such, I really sprang headlong into working out today!
This morning was a Level 1 workout in preparation of taping the Level 1 workout with Mike Stroeh tomorrow at the Dakota Budokan Dojo. Speaking of the Dojo, it was then off to our 3 1/2 hour Judo/Jujutsu session (Adults & Kids) with Morgan. The day ended with another Mixed Tape workout, followed by some extra Twisting Triangle to hold up my part of the Saturday Challenge with the Own This Day Movement group.
