The Thursday Post: Busy Day Off with Catch-Up & New Stuff

  Today was a Sweatastic (yes, I just made that up, don't judge me) sort of day! 

    I started the day with a half-engaged Energy, since I needed a warm up & something to put the mid-back back into place.  I think there was a fall that was just slightly  off from Judo last night.  Nothing catastrophic, mind you, just your norm for people like me that get hit with the ground a lot!  Here are those numbers:

Time in the Zone: About 12 minutes

     After a bit of catch-up around the apartment, I dd my first Mixed Tape of the day.

Average Heart Rate: 128bpm
Maximum Heart Rate: 148bpm
Time in the Zone: About 33 minutes

   Then I went about getting my running around done today before the snow started flying again.  Yes, more snow! They were talking about Sioux Falls getting hit hard enough that they called off school an hour early, much to my son's delight!  Bad side is that Judo & Karate were cancelled for today, as well.  

   The bright side of that was that I got to participate in my first Live (through YouTube/Hangout) Workout working the Level 1 Workout with Mike Stroeh!  That was an awesome workout!  It wasn't overly complicated.  Anyone can do this workout, but it definitely got my sweat going.  Here are the numbers for my first Level 1 Workout:

     Then, because I wanted to push myself a bit further & needed go get my 3rd Mixed Tape in for April to balance my Streak, I followed the Level 1 up with another Mixed Tape workout.

     After that sort of Workout Day, I'm excited to get my Certification Material in a couple of weeks!  Every day I work this, I am more & more confident that getting the DDP Yoga Certification and running a class is the  right thing to do!
