The Monday Post: End of the Month/April Goals
So..... March 2014 is in the Books! I had a good 2 1/2 hours of Judo & Karate today, followed by Double Black Diamond & Red Hot Core. Here are the numbers

Total Workout Time: 1:29 (hr/min)
Average Heart Rate: 128bpm
Maximum Heart Rate: 148bpm
Time in the Zone: Around 1:25 (hr/min)
Today marks the end of the March Warrior In Training Challenge "No Repeats, No Quities" A.K.A #DDPYNOREPEATS. Now, while I didn't Warrior it up by Streaking every day (workouts back to back, not DDP Yoga in the nude, just to clarify), I did make up for the days by hitting a few Ironman Sessions.
I also did Christina Russell's March Abness Challenge. Pictures coming here soon, but can be found on the DDP Yoga Facebook Page!
As for the rest of the week, I'm going to push for a little longer workouts to get ready for my first Judo Tournament on Sunday, April 6th. I'm also going to help Mark Stroeh with his Level 1 Certification Video as one of the guys that doesn't modify. It will be a good experience, all around!
Speaking of Certification, I'm still on track to officially put in for my Certification Materials later this month. I'm really excited to dive into the material and take this to the next level! It will be really good to be Hands On for other people's DDP Yoga journey!
Of course, there will also be the Warrior In Training Challenge for April. We will see what wicked sort of level Sparky comes up with this month! I will also be working on developing the Handstand push-ups more to start going from Black Crow to Handstand. Its still getting there, inch by inch!
April is going to be a GREAT Month, kids! Be ready to take it one day at at time and......
