Weekend Catch-Up & Starting a New Week

      I know that I missed a couple of days of blogging.  I could say that fighting a cold tends to not let you think straight, but that would be an excuse.  

     However, even though I didn't blog, it doesn't mean I slacked off on the DDP Yoga work!  It was a Diamond Cutter Saturday, followed by a 3 1/2 hour Judo/Karate/Jujustu training, finishing off with Red Hot Core.   Here are the numbers:

Total Workout Time (Diamond Cutter):  52:30
Average Heart Rate: 136bpm
Maximum Heart Rate: 152bpm'
Time in the Zone: 46:30

Total Workout Time (Red Hot Core): 14:40
Average Heart Rate: 118bpm
Maximum Heart Rate: 132bpm
Time in the Zone: 12:30

     Sunday was a combined Stand Up + Red Hot Core Workout.
 Total Workout Time (Red Hot Core): 44:38
Average Heart Rate: 116bpm
Maximum Heart Rate: 139bpm
Time in the Zone: 35:00 (approximately)

    As far as the Cold I've been fighting goes, Saturday night was the worst of it.  Fortunately, it was after all of my workouts & training.  I was able to get through Sunday's stuff, but I didn't push as much hard as I could.  

     Today, I got up later than I wanted to.  Therefore, I didn't get the Mixed Tape workout I had scheduled.  I did have a good Jujutsu/Judo/Karate course this evening, but after training and last-minute stops before going home, getting Mixed Tape in today was not in the cards.  But, as I keep saying "Fall Down 7 Times, Get Up 8".  Since I don't have any other training tomorrow, I will see if I can make up Mixed Tape, Strength Builder and throw in a Red Hot Core in between.
