The Thursday Post:  May I Start By....


     ... saying as  far a workouts go today, my body hit a wall and said to ease back a bit.  So, I did a Fat Burner Workout with partial-engagement.  Here are the numbers:

Workout: Fat Burner
Total Workout Time:  26:16 (min/sec)
Average Heart Rate: 110bpm
Maximum Heart Rate: 143bpm
Total Time in Zone: 10 Minutes

   I also did a Kids Judo Workout with Morgan today, working with him on Ne-waza and Nage Combos.

   The bigger news is........ It is official!  

  I am officially signed up for the DDP Yoga Certification Program!  
   Now, its a matter of going through everything and really putting the work in!  Over the next few months, my goal is to take my DDP Yoga to the next level and really make an Impact!  

   Tonight... its dreams of DDP Yoga Certification, of kicking up the DDP Yoga Revolution in the Midwest...

.... and, of course, to.....
